Kiel Norris is the director of continuing education at the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education & Hotel. His 14 years of experience working at UGA, serving in a number of roles with progressively greater responsibility within continuing education, have given him expertise in administration and strategic planning for continuing education programs. In 2020, the continuing education programs at the Georgia Center reached more than 41,000 people. Norris also has served as the chair of the USG Board of Regents Administrative Committee on Public Service and Continuing Education and is a graduate of the Vivian H. Fisher PSO Leadership Academy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Georgia, a Master of Business Administration from Columbus State University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in public administration from Valdosta State University.
