From June 28 to July 6, some areas will have limited cooling. Our restaurants will be closed and reopen on July 7. Limited breakfast will be available in Dogwood Hall from 7-10 am, and an expanded grab-and-go menu will be at the Hotel Market after 10 am.

Fred does a little bit of everything around the Kitchen. He cooks the meals for the Scholarship Athlete Dinner, Savannah Room, on- and off-site banquets, Take-home and Grab & Go Meals, and anything else that needs to be done. Fred grew up in Massachusetts and has a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island.
