Brian ensures that the University is engaging in best practices when dealing with minors in its Youth Programs. He provides training and engagement opportunities, works to improve online registration and approvals, and oversees records and compliance. Brian has had 23 homes in his life thanks to a childhood as an Army “Brat” followed by twenty years of Air Force service.
