From June 28 to July 6, some areas will have limited cooling. Our restaurants will be closed and reopen on July 7. Limited breakfast will be available in Dogwood Hall from 7-10 am, and an expanded grab-and-go menu will be at the Hotel Market after 10 am.

Allen is responsible for the day-to-day planning, organizing, and directing of the work of the kitchen staff, overseeing the food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency at all times. Being from Georgia, Allen grew up with a love for Southern Cuisine. He enjoys using the traditional ingredients and cooking methods to make a modern twist on those same foods he has eaten his entire life. He likes to spend his spare time outdoors – rock climbing, mountain climbing, and wakeboarding.
