- Serve as Manager on Duty
- Supervise front office employees to ensure efficient and high-quality guest experience
- Support team members in handling guest requests and complaints in order to achieve a positive outcome
- Communicate with team members, so that employees on duty are fully aware of relevant matters related to guests and/or other departments
- Perform bucket checks, income auditing, and monitor room inventories
- Understand all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties and help maximize revenue opportunities
- Monitor guest billing arrangements
- Knowledge of hotel’s fire, health, and safety regulations and, when required, act in accordance with these policies and procedures
- Assist Front Office Manager and Front Office Assistant Manager
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
- Build strong relationships and cooperate with other hotel departments
Salary:
$19.23 – $20.19 per hour*
