Front Office Supervisor – Front Desk

  • Serve as Manager on Duty
  • Supervise front office employees to ensure efficient and high-quality guest experience
  • Support team members in handling guest requests and complaints in order to achieve a positive outcome
  • Communicate with team members, so that employees on duty are fully aware of relevant matters related to guests and/or other departments
  • Perform bucket checks, income auditing, and monitor room inventories
  • Understand all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties and help maximize revenue opportunities
  • Monitor guest billing arrangements
  • Knowledge of hotel’s fire, health, and safety regulations and, when required, act in accordance with these policies and procedures
  • Assist Front Office Manager and Front Office Assistant Manager
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required
  • Build strong relationships and cooperate with other hotel departments

Salary:

$19.23 – $20.19 per hour*
