Martin’s role at the Georgia center is to maintain and supervise a professional, hospitality-oriented team that provides visitors to all Retail Outlets – whether it’s the Bistro, the Savannah Room, or Cafe Botanica – with outstanding food quality and customer service. In short, he says, his job is to make sure the Outlets team has the tools and opportunities to support the Georgia Center in its mission within the PSO family. Martin loves to talk about wine, “if you have a spare three hours,” he says.
