Assistant Director of Facilities Management

The position manages all on-site construction and renovation projects. Provides leadership for the Georgia Center for strategic planning related to physical facilities long range master plan for renovation/construction, space planning and allocation. Supervises and assigns work responsibilities to Georgia Center Facilities Maintenance and Grounds staff. Provides oversight of operations in support of its mission including strategic direction, personnel supervision, policy implementation, maintaining and enhancing partnerships, and overall quality assurances. The Assistant Director position oversees and directs the work of staff, ensures accountability, serves as a mentor, and resolves complaints or issues.
